Where do you ship wholesale orders from?

We ship from and our company headquarters is in Lexington, Kentucky.

We offer free shipping to addresses in the continental U.S., or we can arrange a wholesaler drop-off/pick-up in certain circumstances if you discuss this with us in advance.

Where do you ship wholesale orders to?

We ship to 13 countries and foreign U.S. military bases.

North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces AA
Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Armed Forces AE
Pacific: Australia, New Zealand, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Armed Forces AP

As with our U.S.-based stores, you will have to qualify as a wholesaler before ordering.

Are my credit card details safe?

Your credit card details will be as safe as it could possibly be on any e-commerce website (banks, Amazon, etc.). The data passes over an SSL-encrypted connection which encrypts the data submission between your browser and this website. Your credit card data is not stored with our company or on our servers, rather it is stored with the payment processor First Data to ensure it meets Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) Compliance.

What pricing do I receive as a wholesaler / retail store? Do I have to pay for tax or shipping?
  • 50%+ off – Wholesalers / retail stores receive discounts of over 50% off our regular product prices! That is, at any quantity ordered the savings is at least 50%, but as you order in higher volumes you can save even more. Once you apply and qualify as a wholesaler, you will receive exact wholesale discounted pricing.
  • No tax – Wholesalers / retail stores which collect tax from their customers do not also have to pay sales tax to us. A reseller permit / resale certificate allows you to avoid paying sales tax on orders you make with Clinical Labs.
  • Free shipping – Most wholesalers / retail stores also receive free shipping. Please see the above FAQ about where we ship.
Do you have wholesale order minimums?

Like most brands, we do have minimums for wholesale orders but you will likely have no problem meeting them regardless of the makeup of your order. We recognize that some stores may want to “test” the product line before placing a large order, but we’re confident that once you begin carrying our products they will be a success with your customers and you will want to reorder in larger quantities. If you are consider carrying Clinical Labs products, we will work with you to determine what amount of each product you are intending to carry, and we will likely still be able to get you wholesale discounts on all products in the order. Do you include samples in wholesale orders?

Yes, we will add various product samples to your order as they are available.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes we do. We sincerely believe you will be beyond satisfied with our products and that you will not have to take advantage of the guarantee. That being said, we want buyers to be confident as they shop with us that they will get the product they ordered without defect or false label claim.

The 100% money back guarantee applies to orders placed through this website, ClinicalLabsSupplements.com. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return. We will evaluate the reason stated for the return and the returned product to ensure the return is being made honestly and in good faith. We will refund the purchase price including shipping and processing if the refund is due to damage that is our fault (including the fault of our manufacturer).

How can I become a wholesaler and carry Clinical Labs products?

Please apply as a Clinical Labs wholesaler using the simple registration form. We’ll need to verify your eligibility – basically that you are in fact a retail or online store selling to end user consumers (and not a huge fan of ours seeking to buy in bulk for personal use!). We don’t succeed unless you succeed, so we want to make sure your company and ours are a good fit to work together. We want to know what if anything you’ll need from us (current product information, future release intentions, etc.) to market our products effectively so you make a lot of money! 💰

How can I place a wholesale order?

After you have qualified as a Clinical Labs wholesaler, there are 3 basic ways to submit a wholesale order:

  1. Wholesaler Account Order Form – The easiest way to order is to login to your wholesaler account, then use the Wholesale Order Form to quickly add the products you’d like in the quantities you need from a single page. When you add products to your cart, the wholesaler discounted price will automatically be applied. View products in your Cart and complete your order on the Checkout page.
  2. Wholesaler Contact Form – Simply fill out the below Wholesaler Contact Form. Just be sure to specify the exact products and quantities you need.
  3. Contact Us Personally – Contact us via phone/text, email, in person, etc. and we’ll get the order in for you. This would be necessary if you’re wanting to pay via cash/check or wanting to schedule a wholesale order drop-off/pick-up. Just be sure to specify the exact products and quantities you need.

Wholesaler Existing Orders

When will you ship my order?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays. On shipping days our order cut-off time is 12pm EST, meaning orders placed before noon eastern time will be shipped the same day / orders placed after noon eastern time will be shipped the following day. Thus, every order is shipped within 1 business day!

When will my wholesale order arrive?

The shipping service you selected when you placed your order provided an estimated delivery window. To give you a rough estimate, if you selected free shipping this will typically arrive in 3-6 working days. You have the option to select expedited shipping at additional cost which should arrive sooner. If you ordered products that are on backorder (uncommon), the delivery will obviously take longer. We ship all orders within 1 business day so if your order falls outside the delivery estimate specified at checkout, the carrier is to blame.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships showing its current location and expected delivery date.

Can I provide package delivery instructions?

Since Clinical Labs is not personally delivering your package we are unable to control delivery instructions. If you have any shipping or delivery requests (examples: access codes, requests to leave the package in a particular location, etc.), please directly contact the carrier you selected when placing your order. In your communication with the carrier, provide the carrier with the tracking number you received when your order was shipped.

What will my wholesale package look like?

Most likely your wholesale package will be sent in a standard brown cardboard box. However, this may vary depending on the number of products ordered. In any case, look for the Clinical Labs logo on the box!
