Clinical Labs LLC (“Clinical Labs”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) provides these Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions” or “Terms”) to detail our product policies along with certain policies that apply on our website (ClinicalLabsSupplements.com), our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), or other services controlled by Clinical Labs (collectively, our “Services”). By using or purchasing our products and/or Services, you consent to Clinical Labs’ policies as described in these Terms.
Clinical Labs dietary and nutritional supplements contain various warnings and disclaimers. Please read and adhere to the individual warnings and disclaimers on the particular product(s) you use. If there are discrepancies between any information on a current product bottle and information provided elsewhere by Clinical Labs (example: on the Clinical Labs website), you should contact Clinical Labs directly for clarification as to recommended use. Unless individual product markings state otherwise, Clinical Labs’ statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Clinical Labs’ products are only intended to be consumed by healthy adults. Keep out of reach of children. Consult with a healthcare professional before using our products. Do not use under extreme conditions of heat, dehydration, or cardiovascular exertion. Discontinue use and consult with a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction to our products. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Certain products contains caffeine and other stimulants. Avoid using such products with caffeine or stimulant-containing medications, foods, or beverages because too much caffeine may cause anxiety, irritability, nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Avoid using such products within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not use such products if you are under 18 years of age, sensitive to stimulants, pregnant or nursing, have known or suspected medical conditions (including but not limited to heart, kidney, or liver disease), or are taking prescription or over the counter medication(s).
Clinical Labs does not represent or warrant that its products are effective for any particular purpose. Unless individual product markings state otherwise, our dietary supplements are not endorsed by any medical, pharmaceutical, or related professional(s) nor purported to have any medical, pharmaceutical, or related benefit(s). Diet, exercise, rest, and other factors will significantly impact health and fitness outcomes. Please use common sense and treat use of our products and any other supplement(s) merely as a portion of your overall overall health and fitness.
Clinical Labs makes only general non-disputable claims about our products (example: “science-based formula”). We do not claim or suggest our product formulations are unequivocally proven by clinical research for all time, nor that a user will receive any particular outcome from taking our product(s). The evolving nature of science makes such claims impossible.
Instead, Clinical Labs has made every attempt to select ingredients, ingredient versions, and dosages based on available scientific/clinical research. Like all science, clinical research as to nutritional supplement ingredients is constantly changing and improving. Our product formulations are based on our best analysis of scientific/clinical research at the time of formulation. We make no claim that such formulations are the effective in the precise manners demonstrated by particular research studies. Accordingly, unless we make a specific claim that a particular research study is the basis for a product formulation and that such research reflects the outcome you will receive by taking our products (which we do not expect to do), we shall not be liable to any person for false advertising or similar claim. Likewise, unless we make a specific claim as to the outcome you will unequivocally receive by taking our products (which we do not expect to do), we shall not be liable to any person for any particular health and fitness outcome or lack thereof.
This section basically states we do the best we can to formulate our products in line with available clinical/scientific research and represent them accurately, but that we do not warrant and therefore disclaim liability for any discrepancy or imprecision. If you disagree with any of the above Product Warnings or Product Disclaimers, you may not purchase or consume our products.
Clinical Labs reserves the right to change the prices for our products at our sole discretion and we shall not be liable to anyone for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation. Some products (e.g., clearance/closeout products) may have special promotional pricing and return policy terms that govern the specific circumstances described. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Services or access to Services for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to anyone.
As is customary with online purchases, you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. The credit card information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is not stored or processed on our servers. Instead, payment information is transferred to our payment processor. The order will appear on your credit card statement as being charged by “Clinical Labs Supps”.
In the rare occasion you have an issue or concern about an order, we strongly discourage you from using your credit/debit card dispute charge mechanism as a means to resolve it. We encourage you instead to contact us with any issue you may have and we will respond timely and fairly. If you do use your credit/debit card dispute charge mechanism without first contacting us, we may at our sole discretion charge you a dispute resolution fee to cover the time and expense in responding to the dispute, including any monetary fees we incur (such as payment processor chargeback fees). We reserve the right to make independent assessment (e.g., irrespective of the payment processor’s decision) as to the validity of the chargeback.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, often the same day they are ordered, though we do not guarantee same or next day shipping. Our shipping days are Mondays – Fridays (except standard holidays). Orders completed earlier in the day are more likely to be shipped the same day, with shipping cutoff time being 12:00pm eastern standard time. Once your package is picked up by the shipping carrier, we have very minimal control. We do not guarantee that a third party shipping service will deliver a package within their stated delivery time, and are not responsible or in any way liable for any such shipping delays.
You will receive automated messages updating you with order and shipping information sent to the email address from which you placed your order. Depending on the shipping service selected, you may receive tracking information that will allow you to estimate the package delivery date and time. If you mistype your email address when placing your order, you will likely not receive any order status emails or updates until the package is received.
Prior to placing an order through our website or elsewhere, international customers should ensure that any products purchased may be legally imported into their country. We fully disclose our product formulas so if there is any doubt as to whether our products are legal for importing into your country, you should independently confirm this BEFORE placing an order. You are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations of your country or territory, and any import taxes and customs duties charged. Please note that most of our products are internationally classified as “dry food and supplements”.
We accurately list our products and our shipping service provider (Easyship) automates the accurate completion of customs forms and the collection and remission of import duties. The international shipping rates available at checkout are DDU (delivery duty unpaid), meaning that additional customs fees/duties will likely be owed before your country’s customs officials will release the package to you/the recipient. Once the order has left our premises and has been provided to the shipment carrier, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. If a shipment is stuck at customs, it is your responsibility to contact the courier and/or customs officials directly. We do not reship due to customs delays or rejections under any circumstances. Customs policies are different from country to country and as such, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly recommend attempting to have the item(s) sent back to us. If the item(s) are returned to us unopened and undamaged, we may issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee on the product subtotal with no refund of shipping charges and/or customs and import duties. We will ONLY issue a products refund after we receive the product(s) and if the product(s) were returned to us in identical condition to the condition in which they were originally shipped and reserve the right to reject a refund if this is not the case.
Certain of our package carrier options include insurance (ex: USPS Priority Mail: https://www.usps.com/ship/insurance-extra-services.htm). However, other carriers particularly USPS First Class do not offer included insurance. We offer a variety of shipping options and it is your responsibility to select the service you deem most appropriate, whether or not that includes insurance (assume that any “free shipping” option, if applicable, does not include any insurance). If you select a carrier that does not include insurance or sufficient insurance for your shipment and would like to purchase insurance it is your responsibility to contact us (preferably as an Order Note at the time the order is placed) before we begin the fulfillment process and offer to separately pay for insurance on your shipment. If you do not contact us prior to our beginning the fulfillment process we shall assume you do not wish to purchase shipping insurance and thereby the risk of loss is on you the customer once we deliver the package to the package carrier. Package theft is becoming more prevalent, so you are responsible for ensuring that you pick up your package in a timely fashion. This is especially important for customers with a common shipping address (ex: apartment dwellers who receive mail in a single mail room).
In the rare occasion there is a problem with your order including but not limited to 1) product not received; 2) wrong product received; or 3) damaged product received, we may offer a reshipment of the problematic portion of your order at no cost to you. However, to be eligible for reshipment, you must notify us of such problem within 3 calendar days of receiving your order (as specified by our e-commerce platform). Prior to issuing any reshipment, we may at our sole discretion require proof from you to verify the legitimacy of the claim (example: a photo of the wrong product received). Please note that our fulfillment center has software and processing mechanisms in place to ensure order accuracy and documentation that can disprove fraudulent claims.

In the rare occasion you are not satisfied, we offer a 100% money back guarantee to refund the product purchase price of the order you placed through our website, ClinicalLabsSupplements.com (e.g., we do not charge a “restocking” fee; however, depending on the circumstances of your refund request, we may charge you for shipping and processing, see additional terms of this guarantee below). If you did not place your order on our website, please contact and/or follow the return policies of the store/vendor from where you placed your order, as this policy pertains only to orders placed through the Clinical Labs website.
To take advantage of this guarantee, please contact us within 30 calendar days of placing your order. In your message to us, you must include 1) your order number; and 2) the reason for the return. We will evaluate your message and may at our sole discretion require proof from you to verify the legitimacy of the claim. We may issue you a return shipping label that will allow the shipment to be sent to us at our expense. It is your responsibility for then shipping the product(s) back to us given the return shipping label and provided instructions. We will not pay for any additional shipping materials so if the original shipping materials may be reused we encourage you to keep them through a time by which you could properly evaluate the product(s) ordered.
We will issue a refund of the purchase price 1) so long as the request is made within 30 calendar days after placing your order (as specified by our e-commerce platform); 2) you have specified an acceptable reason for the return; 3) our fulfillment center received the product being returned; and 4) your stated reason for the return has been verified as true and accurate by us in our sole discretion. If these conditions are met, in the rare occasion the reason for requesting the refund is due to damage that is our fault (including the fault of our manufacturer), you will be refunded the product purchase price of the order you placed through our website including shipping and processing. If these conditions are met and the reason for requesting the refund is due to your dissatisfaction with the product(s), you will be refunded the product purchase price of the order you placed through our website less shipping and processing (in all directions), which will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued at the appropriate amount only on the identical form of payment used to place the order (e.g., we will refund the credit/debit card you used). Under no circumstance will Clinical Labs issue a refund in cash, check, or a different form of payment than that used to place the order. We will inform you via email after we have received your return, inspected it, and determined whether it qualifies under our money back guarantee. Please allow a reasonable amount of time (e.g. at least one week) for the refund to be credited to your form of payment.

- Wrong product, size, or flavor ordered
- Did not like the taste/flavor
- Did not like the scent
- Did not like the particular packaging/labeling (so long as the contents of the product were identical to that ordered, e.g. the correct product was sent)
- Shipment took longer than advertised by carrier to be received
- Package may not be legally imported into international (non-U.S.) territory
- Customer refused delivery for any reason including but not limited to non-payment of import fees
- Customer’s credit card was negligently or intentionally used by someone in customer’s household (e.g. a family member or person living at the same address)
- Customer fraud
Please note that returns and chargebacks will not be taken lightly. Consequently, we may put on our no-sell list, at our sole discretion.
Shipping Address Changes
Clinical Labs will under most circumstances ship to an address that differs from the credit/debit card billing address, so long as the separate shipping address was properly entered at the time the transaction occurred and the billing details and shipping address was entered. However, Clinical Labs will under most circumstances reject a request to ship to an address that differs from the entered shipping address, due to an elevated risk of fraud. We reserve the right to ship or refuse to ship such orders at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel specific orders for any reason, at our sole discretion. In practice, we will not cancel an order unless there is a clear and strong reason for doing so. Example: the transaction was likely fraudulent. Example: the product price was incorrect due to system error. Occasionally there may be information on products, our website or other Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Services or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
As with any company selling goods, we are only able to sell the goods we have in stock. While we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all the items you ordered at the time of purchase. In such instance, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait on restocking of the backordered item(s) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund of the backordered item(s).
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately including accounts, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach our Terms & Conditions, as determined in our sole discretion. You may not use our products and/or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to trademark and copyright laws).
